Want to know the best Vin Diesel movies? How about the worst Vin Diesel movies? Curious about Vin Diesel box office grosses or which Vin Diesel movie picked up the most Oscar® nominations? Need to know which Vin Diesel movie got the best reviews from critics and audiences and which ones got the worst reviews? Well you have come to the right place….because we have all of that information.
Vin Diesel (1967-) is an American actor, producer, director and screenwriter. Since 2000, Vin Diesel has become one of the biggest box office stars. His IMDb page shows over 45 acting credits and 5 directing credits since 1990. This page will rank Vin Diesel movies from Best to Worst in six different sortable columns of information. Television shows, shorts, video games, cameos, and movies that were not released in North American theaters were not included in the rankings.
Drivel part of the page: Seems like only yesterday that my oldest son’s (Bryan) two main goals in life were to become a street racer like Vin Diesel and to marry Angelina Jolie. I blame two 2001 movies for confusing, my, at the time, 13-year-old. Those movies were The Fast and the Furious and Lara Croft: Tomb Raider. Bryan watched those movies over and over…wearing out our VHS (the way we old people used to watch movies) tapes. Well…16 years later…he ended up in the Air Force…and he ended up wearing a Jennifer Lawrence look-alike instead. So I guess those movies did not mess him up too much. With part 8 of the Fast and the Furious franchise being released…I figured it was time to finally do son #1’s request for a Vin Diesel UMR page.

- Sort Vin Diesel movies by adjusted domestic box office grosses using current movie ticket cost (in millions)
- Sort Vin Diesel movies by adjusted worldwide box office grosses using current movie ticket cost (in millions)

Hey Mike… Vin and I were born in the same year…and like Vin…I think “family” is important too…lol.
This time tomorrow and I will have seen 8 F & F movies!
Hey Fast Fan…..hope you enjoy The Fate of the Furious tonight. Nothing better than seeing a movie in a packed theater. Thanks for stopping by.
“I am Grooot!”
I was surprised to read that Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson were not the best of friends and refused to attend the premiere of Furious 8 together. A shame really. Why can’t we all just get along? 🙂
I’ve seen 16 of the 22 films listed, most recently Billy Lynn’s Long Half Time Walk, with a title like that no wonder it tanked.
I enjoy watching the Fast & Furious series, explosive action, sexy girls and fast cars, what more do you want? If you want great acting and a deep story look elsewhere. Lets see if Fast 8 beats Furious 7 at the box office, $1.5bn is a hell of a lot of dough.
I also liked the Riddick trilogy. The Iron Giant is highly rated and deservedly so. I really enjoyed Guardians of the Galaxy and look forward to seeing vol.2 on the big screen next month. Happy to see Guardians topping the critics chart, knocking Private Ryan to second position.
Looking at the trivia, Vin as Hellboy? mmm nah Ron Perlman was just perfect in the role. I will definitely do a Ron Perlman video some time this year.
A really grooot movie page Bruce. Voted Up!
Hey Steve.
1. By the time Vin Diesel’s Guardians 2 ends it’s box office run….The Diesel might have another 3 billion in worldwide grosses for his 2017 movies. As xXx, Fast 8 and Guardians will all be hits and in the case of the latter two…massive hits.
2. I am right behind you with 15 Diesel movies watched.
3. I remember when Billy Lynn was an Oscar front runner….never saw a less than 2 million domestic box office run coming. Ang Lee blamed the fact that many theaters were not equipped to show the new way he filmed the movie…..maybe it will become the Citizen Kane of movies as time passes.
4. Guardians and Ryan are two of the highest rated movies in my database….since my ratings are based on places like Rotten Tomatoes and IMDb (which has a constantly changing score)..I wonder if Guardians is still ahead of Ryan.
5. Ron Perlman is an under appreciated actor….I think a Lensman video would be a fun one to include…..just make sure you do not forget his The City of Lost Children….love that movie…yet nobody ever mentions it.
Thanks for the feedback.
Love the fast franchise one of the best of all time however the new trailer suggests they are starting to run out of ideas starting to feel a bit stale now really think they should go out in a high
Hey Ryan…..I agree….seems they have “jumped the shark”……but audiences seem to still love the franchise….heck….that 1.5 billion for part 7 was incredible. But how this franchise has gone from street racing to James Bonds is pretty amazing. Thanks for the visit and the comment.
