  2. Hello Bruce,
    As i wrote, i saw so many films but i remember for Travels with my Aunt, by Cukor and with Maggie Smith, i fall in love with a place vey famous in Paris, at the Gare de Lyon,and which is call « le Train Bleu » several scenes were played in that place at different age of Maggie Smith if my memory is good;
    It is so beautiful to see, and wonderful to gor for drink a glass of wine, or have a meal;
    Suddenly you are in another world, and at the beginning of the last century;
    And of course you can imagine take a train for the south of France.
    In Paris, the Last Tango was a very big success, it plaid during several months at the Paramount Theater near Opéra, one of the big screen place in Paris at that time;
    The reason was not Brando but the subject because some scenes were about sex
    And everybody was speaking of that and one scene with butter was a great scandal
    And in that time that was new for the grand public.
    A Plus
    Pierre
