  1. By sheer coincidence my blu-ray of Twilight’s Last Gleaming arrived today from Amazon, along with James Stewart’s Flight of the Phoenix, special editions with booklets.

Melvyn Douglas, the man who made Garbo laugh in Ninotchka. And was haunted by a ghost from the past in Ghost Story.

I see a connection here, Fred Astaire was in Ghost Story with Douglas, he was also the leading man in Silk Stockings, the remake of Ninotchka. [pats himself on the back]

    1. Hey Steve…funny about Twilight’s Last Gleaming. Yep the movies listed above were from the long and successful career of Melvyn Dougkas. Thanks for playing our trivia game….lol.

  2. He will make a fine addition. Any two time Oscar winning performer is well deserving of a Ultimate Movie Ratings page.

    1. You have guessed correctly Stein HOF…and now his page is finished and published.
