Scanning the chart I’ve seen 8 John Krasinski films, 4 of them animated. And my favorites from the 8 are… the 4 animated films. 🙂
Looking forward to see A Quiet Place eventually, no hurry, it’s had good reviews and was a surprise hit at the box office.
Krasinski as Captain America eh… nah they made the right choice with Chris Evans. “Krunt” that’s funny… doesn’t have the same ring as Brangelina or Bennifer.
Nice page Bruce. Emily Blunt next? Vote Up!
Hey Steve
1. I have your tally beat by three times….as I have seen 24 of his movies…..which shocks me….as I had no idea he had made that many movies.
2. My favorites would include It’s Complicated (he has a funny supporting role), Smily Face (so funny moments in that one), 13 Hours (he did well in an action movie) and Away We Go (an underrated comedy/drama) ….I excluded all the voice roles…..especially since his roles were supporting voice roles.
3. I am looking forward to A Quiet Place….but have been unable to talk WoC into seeing it…..probably means I will see it alone……just me, my television and my treadmill.
4. Krunt is picking up steam….especially with Krasinksi gaining so much steam….A Quiet Place 2 is going to happen….with Blunt returning…not sure if he is returning….but it seems to be his baby….hard to imagine him not coming back too.
5. He has a funny story about his audition for Captain America…..he was all excited and pumped for the audition…feeling good about himself….putting on the costume…..when he saw Chris Hemsworth walk by with half the Thor costume on….looking huge, ripped and completely took away Krasinski’s confidence….lol.
6. There is an internet rumor that he might play Reed Richards in yet another Fantastic Four reboot.
7. We already have a Emily Blunt page….A Quiet Place has recently knocked The Devil Wears Prada from the Top Ranked Blunt movie title.
Good feedback as always.
A Quiet Place was an amazing movie theater experience. Glad to see Mr. Jim get some respect.
I agree with Taylor 100%. Seeing A Quiet Place in a packed theater, that gets so quiet is very memorable. You can heart your heart beating it is so quiet. I look forward to more John Krasinski directed movies. Love the Krunt name. Hope it sticks.
Hey Nat S. Seems like I might have missed that opportunity….as after 4 weeks it finally seems to be slowing down at the box office. I think Krasinski’s next directed movie is a science fiction movie about Mars….I imagine the expectations will be much higher after the success of A Quiet Place. I got a kick out of the name “Krunt” too. Good feedback.
Hey Taylor….sounds like seeing A Quiet Place in theaters is the way to go. Thanks for the advice, visit and comment.
Shocked me three times. (1) That John Krasinski got a UMR page. (2) That he has appeared in so many movies and (3) That his horror movie is near the top of the rankings. This were good shocks! Loved him in The Office. My favorite part of that show was his romance with Pam. Now that is good television!
Hey Helakoski….sorry we shocked you all three times. I would say his appearances on late night talk shows is how I first started noticing him. He seems to be a done to earth guy….so his recent success is fun to watch happen. My second oldest son loved The Office…..but I never really found it to my liking….but maybe one day I will give it a second chance. Thanks for checking out our our latest page.
