UMR Review of Assassination of a High School President (2008)

This one was released after Rian Johnson’s Brick, but it features very similar storylines. Both make high school into a film noir type movie. I actually enjoyed this more than Brick. Bruce Willis is awesome in a supporting role as the school’s principal. The “high school” students all do their roles well. The story has some interesting twist and turns. Final thought: Although you have probably never of this one before…it is worth checking out.
