Mike getting the person was quite amazing, It reminds me of other questions I’ve asked and someone gets right a way. I’ll give you a baseball question since I know you’re into sports.

This is called Who am I.

By difference to the league I have the top 7 seasons of all time for being the hardest to strike out (by ratio it’s Joe Sewell back in the 20’s and 30’s).

I led the National League in Games played 5 times.

I led the National League in hits twice. I led the National League in singles 5 times and I was 2nd 3 times.

I led or tied for the National League in stolen bases 3 times and was 2nd 5 times.

I appeared on the Hall of Fame ballot 1 time only (not Tony Gwynn)

I received 0 votes on my first Hall of Fame ballot so it was my last time on the ballot.

My entire career is in the 21st Century.

Someone got that one right away too.

    1. Hey Dan. Thanks for the trivia lists on Anne Revere. As for the baseball question at the bottom of the comment….I have know idea. My first guess was Lou Brock…but he made the Hall of Fame. Good lists on Revere. Vincent Price gets the honors as most frequent Oracle co-star. 25 Oscar winners is about where I would have guessed. Good stuff as always.

  3. I’m not familiar with this lady but I have seen 8 of the 37 films on the chart.

Favorites are – National Velvet and The Thin Man Goes Home.

I have The Devil Commands in the collection but can’t remember it much.

I don’t think I’ve seen Body and Soul, the top rated film on here.

    Good stuff Bruce. Vote Up!

    1. Hey Steve. As always…thanks for the feedback on our Anne Revere page. I have seen 6 of her movies….with them all being in her Top 8. I also enjoyed National Velvet….much more than I would have guessed. I have not seen Body and Soul either. Good stuff as always.
