Want to know the best Cameron Diaz movies? How about the worst Cameron Diaz movies? Curious about Cameron Diaz’s box office grosses or which Cameron Diaz movie picked up the most Oscar® nominations? Need to know which Cameron Diaz movie got the best reviews from critics and audiences? Well, you have come to the right place….because we have all of that information.
At age 16, Cameron Diaz began a career as a fashion model. After modeling for such designers as Calvin Klein and Levi’s, she turned to acting at the age of 21. Diaz auditioned for the movie The Mask, even though she had no previous acting experience. After obtaining the main female role, she immediately started acting lessons. The Mask was a major hit and put both Diaz and Jim Carrey on the map as major players in the Hollywood world. Since appearing in The Mask, she has appeared in numerous blockbuster hits (There’s Something About Mary, Charlie’s Angels, My Best Friend’s Wedding, and the Shrek franchise) as well as critical hits (Being John Malkovich and Gangs of New York…both Oscar® nominees for Best Picture).
Her IMDb page shows over 55 acting credits since 1992. This page will rank Cameron Diaz movies from Best to Worst in six different sortable columns of information. Television shows, shorts, cameos and movies that were not released in North American theaters were not included in the rankings.

Not her biggest fan, but I liked her in the Green Hornet, I did not even know she was in the movie until she popped up. I want to see Bad Teacher. Nice job
Hey Janice, I agree Cameron Diaz’s part was not in any of the previews I saw….I was equally shocked how big her part was in the movie….which I thought was better than I thought it would be…thanks for checking out my Diaz page.
I’ve seen a grand total of two of her movies, one of which I must have seen before I had no idea who she was as I forgot she was in it-seen it once only.
The movies are:
Being John Malcovich
Shrek (I only saw the first.)
Not a surprise considering I am not interested in today’s actors unless they are the children or grandchildren of classic actors. I’m only surprised that I’ve seen more than Shrek.
-oh, and i’m not surprised it’s taking you a long time to getthrough Coop’s career-for all that he died middle-aged his career was long, a silent star to begin.
RE: Cooper-his first film was in 1926!
Hey Flora ..thanks for checking out my Diaz hub….well at least you have seen two of her movies. Being John Malkovich got lots of press when it first came out….very little mention any more.
As for Cooper…..I have found all of his talkie movies…starting with 1929’s The Virginian…..not sure how many box office numbers I can find for his silent movies of the 1920s…..I do have Wings(1928) but so far that is the only silent film I have found.
When I was researching the movie Saratoga Trunk(1945)…I came across an actress that received an Oscar nomination…her name was Flora Robson…when I saw that I thought about you.
Cooper first screen credit with lines was 1926…but it took him almost 30 movies and shorts to get that far…he first showed up in 1923’s The Last Hour. As always thanks for your comments
Dame Flora Robson was a wonderful character actress. No relation, although some people thought I was named after her. Actually, I was named after my grandmother on my Mom’s side. One of the reasons why I have my middle name of Breen as part of my user name is so that Google doesn’t think I meant to search for Dame Robson instead
Thanks for the clarification Flora….the two names are very close indeed.
since the mask , she has done different movies along the way, drama, comedy action, her career is just getting going, i look forward to gambit, very well done
Hey Verbal….I am looking forward to Gambit as well. I loved the Michael Caine/Shirley Maclaine movie….which I think was Michael Caine’s first ever US movie he ever made….thanks for stopping by.
I love Cameron she is so funny and so pretty, lots of great great movies on this list. My favorites would be What Happens in Vegas and the first Charlie’s Angels. Keep up the great work. Speaking of Charlie’s Angels how about a Drew Barrymore page?
Hey AlabamaGirl, thanks for the compliment and I am glad you liked the hub. I think I will do a Drew Barrymore in the near future….she has over 30 years of movies already…including some classics…like ET…thanks for stopping by
Hey YankeesRule, I am impressed that you have seen so many of her movies….what are your thoughts on The Box? I think you should see those last two movies you have not seen….The Last Supper is already out on DVD, and Bad Teacher is not too far behind. Thanks for reading my page.
