    1. Hey Dan
      1. As always….thanks for putting together these lists.
      2. So good ole Doc Brown has a spot on the Top 100. With 230 IMDb credits, I can not really surprised he is so high on the Oracle list.
      3. First list is epic! So many legends…so many people with more than one movie with Lloyd. One day…I will find somebody that has worked with Caine, Willis and Grant….in this case Lloyd got two of 3.
      4. Second list…..I would say with all of these movies….he might be a little behind others….but still the names on the list are pretty impressive.
      Good stuff.

      1. You’ve got a page on such a person that worked with Grant, Caine and Willis.

JAMES MASON CARY GRANT NORTH BY NORTHWEST (1959)
JAMES MASON MICHAEL CAINE THE DESTRUCTERS (1974)
JAMES MASON BRUCE WILLIS THE VERDICT (1982)

        1. Thank you Dan. I have been playing that game in my head for years. Good answer…..I guess I through out Bruce in The Verdict……but he is in the movie….though it is an uncredited, extra role. I know Bruce Willis feels he is in the movie….because that is exactly what he told Paul Newman when the were making Nobody’s Fool. Once again….thank you. That itch has been scratched.

  4. I have seen 5 Christopher Lloyd movies. Three of them are the Back to the Future movies.

    Favourite Christopher Lloyd Movies:

    Back to the Future
Back to the Future Part II
    Who Framed Roger Rabbit
Star trek III: The Search For Spock

    Other Christopher LLoyd Movie I Have Seen;

Back to the Future Part III

    1. Hey Flora….thanks for sharing your thoughts on Christopher Doc Brown Lloyd. Tally count….5 for you and 39 for me. I have seen all the ones you saw. I seem to be one of the few that actually enjoyed Back To The Future 3. Star Trek 3 is one of my favorite Star Trek movies….so I am right there with you on that one. Good feedback…and good stuff.

  5. I never liked One Flew over The Cuckoo’s Nest so after I saw it on initial release, I never bothered viewing any re-runs, so I can’t recall Christopher in it and I remember him largely from the Back to the Future films; and I liked him in Things to do in Denver When You’re Dead.

On top of his massive big screen career he (1) had an equally massive television career, appearing in some 90 TV productions between 1976 and last year (2) made 8 video games between 1990 and the present (3) performed in one music video in 1985. From 1961 until the early 1970s he had appeared in theatre productions including ones on Broadway; and Bruce mentions above his appearance with Meryl Streep

IMDB credits Chris with 10 acting awards and 11 nominations, the most prestigious of which are 3 Primetime Emmy wins, two of which Bruce expands on above; and Chris has a reported current net worth of $50 million.

Chris has completed Time, the Fourth Dimension in which I think he reprises the eccentric professor character from the Back to the Future franchise; and he has 4 other films at post production stage and a 5th one has been announced for him. Some work [some might say overwork!] horse right from Day One of his multi-careers; and it’s fitting that our own Work Horse should provide him with his personal Cogerson new page – so “Voted Up!”

    1. Hey Bob. This Christopher Lloyd page came from a suggestion by the other “Bob”….bob cox. Thanks for sharing all the information on his acting roles away from the big screen. He has been an acting machine. Over 230 acting credits…..a very impressive total. Interesting that you did not enjoy One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest….I like the movie….but do not re-watch it very often.

As for his massive television career…..that is where I first noticed Christopher Lloyd…..as his character on Taxi was a fun character to watch. Net worth of $50 million. Pretty impressive. As for his future roles….it looks like he has played a version of Doc Brown many times over the years…so no surprise he might be doing it again. I agree that he might be overworked…especially if you look at his 2010-2019 movie list….not too impressive….though he certainly cranked out lots of movies. Good stuff as always.

      1. HI BRUCE

        Thanks for the feedback.

Chris is a terrific actor but career-wise he seems to be to be a “poor man’s” DeNiro: a performer who will appear in everything and anything to chalk up the movie count and rake in the loot. Another analogy could be “a Gimme More who’s prepared to work hard for it!”
