The Drivel Part of the page. A few years ago, my wife requested a Debbie Reynolds (1932-2016) movie ranking page. For some unknown reason, especially since she has done so many things to make this website better and easier to maintain, I have failed to follow through with that request. Well last night, I told my lovely wife that I was finally ready to publish her Debbie Reynolds page. I then asked her for the first time why she wanted a Reynolds page. Her response….”Because she has a cool first name”. In case you could not guess it….my wife’s name is Debbie. So for my Debbie….here is finally a Debbie Reynolds movie page.
Her IMDb page shows 83 acting credits from 1948-2015. This page will rank 38 Debbie Reynolds movies from Best to Worst in seven different sortable columns of information. Television shows, shorts, cameos and movies that were not released in North American theaters were not included in the rankings. To do well in our rankings a movie has to do well at the box office, get good reviews by critics, be liked by audiences and get some award recognition.

Terrible news. RIP Debbie and Carrie.
Hey Helakoski…terrible and shocking news for them to go in back to back days. RIP Carrie and Debbie.
Unbelievable! And a day after her daughter died. Tragic. How must their families be feeling this festive season? Horrible news.
I watched Singin’ in the Rain a few days ago. RIP Debbie.
Hey Steve….I second your “Unbelievable!” I could not believe the news when I first read she was in the hospital…I was convinced the story was mixing up Carrie and Debbie. Sadly that was not the case at all. Debbie was watching parts of Singin’ In The Rain this morning….she always wakes up before and get on her i-pad….so I awoke to hearing Debbie Reynolds singing in her most famous song from that movie. RIP Debbie and Carrie.
RIP Debbie. It’s a bad year for cinema and rock… 🙁
Hey Laurent….I agree 100%….it has been a horrible year for cinema and rock. Hopefully there will be no more bad news in the next 3 days. RIP Debbie Reynolds.
Sad to hear that Debbie died. I have always been a big fan. RIP
Hey Flora…..wow this is becoming a pretty sad holiday season…..it has me down….I can only imagine how the Fisher/Reynolds family is feeling. RIP Debbie Reynolds. The good news is…that through her movies she will never really leave us.
At first I was sure her passing was getting mixed up with Carrie’s passing. Hard to take this double whammy of bad news.
Forgot to write Rest In Peace. About to put on Singing in the Rain.
Hey Leonard…I think many people are going to be doing that….putting on Singin’ In The Rain.
Right there with you Leonard….I thought the same thing…..sad news. RIP Debbie Reynolds.
