- So…WoC informed me yesterday that her presence is required in Las Vegas (March 2017) again…….which means I am headed back to Hollywood to check out more movie ledgers. This time I want to go to UCLA and see the RKO ledgers. Preliminary phones calls were not too promising….but I am not giving up.

Interesting Bruce, you might finally discover the Holy Grail of worldwide box office grosses – King Kong (1933) – some movie books claim that for a while it was the most popular film of the 1930s, until Snow White came along and became the new champ. Was King Kong the Jurassic Park of that era, will we ever know? 🙂
Hey Steve….if I can get an appointment there I will be sure to keep an eye open for the grosses for King King. I think it is safe to say that Kong was indeed the Jurassic Park of the 1930s. It should be interesting.
Man you seem to travel a lot. Look forward to more box office information.
Hey Stein….we have covered some territory in the last 6 months for sure. Trying to set up an appointment to see what UCLA has….it should be interesting.
