Hey Bruce why have you posted that picture of Mr. Mumbles on… oh it’s Caan, Jimmy Caan, every young actor looked a bit like Brando at one time or another… I saw an early film photo of Sidney Poitier a few weeks ago, spitting image…
1 The true clone was a guy called Corey Allen who died in 2010. His main parts were in Rebel without a Cause and Robert Taylor’s Party Girl in 1958. In recent decades he was mostly in TV series and made-for-TV movies. He was uncanny because at least in the 50s he was not only an MB doppelganger but he copied all of Mr M’s mannerisms. I think his downfall was that he could not get the mumble quite right !
2 Anyway I’m off to have a look at Harold Lloyd
Hey Bob….I will have to check out Mr. Allen….hope you like Steve’s new Harold Lloyd You Tube video.
Hey Steve …I do not know how many times I have seen Sidney Poitier and thought that he looked like Brando……lol.
He does a bit and that article I told you about some weeks ago would say that the other similarity was that both to paraphrase its rather crude authors f****d up their careers!
Hey Bob…at first I thought I had typed in the wrong name…before I realized it was in fact Caan and not Brando.
Is it just me or does James Caan look like Marlon Brando in the above picture.
