UMR Movie Review of Fantasy Island (2020)

Fantasy Island got some horrible reviews, so my expectations headed into this one were not too high. That being said, I actually liked this movie. Not that I am saying this is a great movie. Michael Pena as Mr. Rourke was fun to watch, though I wish they would have left him more mysterious. I think a few less subplots (a Michael Rooker one for example) would have made the movie more likable to those that strongly dislike this one. Final thought: Not too bad.
