Why I watched this one? Let’s see…I have a 9 year and 7 year old daughter. I was required by law to take them to this movie.

What is this one about? This time Dory is trying to find her parents…..with the help of Marlon, Nimo and a whole slew of new friends.

My thoughts on this one? Another winner for Pixar but not good enough to crack my Top 5 Pixar movies. The animation is awesome. There is some good humor along the way. Hank the Octopus is a home run. And it is fun to revisit the characters that everybody fell in love with in Finding Nemo. Minor complaints would be that constant flashbacks took away some of the momentum of the movie and the Dory finding her parents story line seemed a little thin. Final thought: This is a movie that children and most adults will enjoy….in my theater there was applause when the movie ended. This is a good Pixar movie….but fails to reach greatness.
