Inside Out 2 UMR Review

Joy and her group of emotions are back for a sequel. Went to the theater with the wife and our youngest children to see this one. This is probably the best Pixar movie in a while. I have not enjoyed the last 5 or 6 Pixar movies. The storyline is a good match for the original, as Riley moves from pre-teen to teenager. With puberty arriving, a new group of emotions appear in the command center. The movie is essentially a battle between the old emotions from the first movie and the new emotions that arrive in this one. I liked the story. The animation is good. It pulls at your heart a few times. There does not seem to be as much humor as the first one. Final thought: A good family movie that was enjoyed by my entire family.
