  1. I used to think he was a one trick pony, action man. But he was outstanding in Spy so maybe there is hope. Furious 8 looks really dumb so I am sure it will be a massive hit.

    1. Hey Stein HOF…..I am right there with you…the man has a flair for comedy….it has gotten better over the years….it was alright in The Mean Green….but outstanding in Spy…..thanks for the visit and the comment.

  2. Spy is his best role and my favorite film of his is Safe, a great kick-ass flic, good after a bad day of work.

    1. Hey Dan….I really enjoyed his performance in Spy….I did not realize he could be so funny. I thought Safe was good….my Top 3 Statham movies would be Lock, Stock and Two Sting Barrells, The Bank Job and Parker. Another one I liked was the not released in theaters…Wild Card….which I thought was very entertaining….thanks for the comment on Mr. Statham and his movies.

  3. Wow…..that is a huge miss on my part…no excuse…..it is not too often that I forget a person’s top UMR movie…which is where Fast and Furious 7 will end up getting ranked. Now I wish I had gone home for lunch so I could fix this horrible error. So it will have to wait another another 5 or so hours before I get it fixed. Sorry Steve first the Wallace Beery issue and now this…2017 is getting off to a rough start.

  4. Now this is a sexy looking man. Been paying attention to his movies for years now, which is even unusual because I am not a huge action fan. He has a cameo in Fast & Furious 6 but he was one of the stars of Fast & Furious 7. Surprised it is not on the page. Still a wonderful page on a wonderful man.

    1. Hey Helakoski….Furious 7 is now on the page…..glad you are such a Statham fan. Good to know that Statham has a pull even with non-action star fans.

  5. I did a video on Jason Statham a couple of years ago, his highest grossing films. I like him, a British action star and he can do all his own fighting too, no need for doubles.

I’ve seen 28 of 31 films listed, the ones I’ve missed – In the Name of the King, London and Turn it Up. My favorites include – Fast and Furious 7, The Transporter, Crank and Expendables series, Lock, Stock, Spy, Cellular and The One.

Btw Bruce, Fast and Furious 7 is missing from the chart, that was the Stath’s biggest grosser over a billion dollars worldwide, he’s filming Fast and Furious 8 now.

That quote you refer to in the trivia section was one of the highlights from Spy, hilarious.

Good work Bruce but the Stath won’t be happy you left out Furious 7. Vote Up!

    1. Hey Steve
      1. Thanks for checking out our latest page.
      2. I like him too…I have always thought he and Bruce Willis were of the same cloth.
      3. So your tally is 28…but I am sure it is 29 when I added Furious 7……still trying to figure out how I did that.
      4. My tally is 28….so I am thinking I am trailing you by one movie…I have not seen The One, London (which is listed in Ebert’s Your Movie Sucks book), Turn It Up and the Mechanic 2.
      5. In the Name of The King….is dreadful…so you are not missing anything there.
      6. Furious 7 is now his top UMR movie…his top domestic grosser and his top world grosser.
      7. I bet Furious 8 will eventually be up there with Furious 7.
Thanks for the catch on the missing Furious movie.
