  2. I have seen the following 7 of Kathleen’s movies that Bruce has listed above.

    1/Sunset
    2/The Doors
    3/Apollo 13
    4/Breakdown
    5/A Civil Action
    6/Independence Day.
    7/My Giant

I liked the music of the Doors pop group so that film appealed to me for that reason.

Two of the movies have sentimental value for me:

A Civil Action: During my visit to the US in 1999 I vividly recall going to the local blockbuster video library and renting out that movie to watch at my daughter’s house in Atlanta where we were staying. She was in the US for just one year with her firm and has been back home ever since.

Sunset: I saw this move on rerun about 10 years after it was 1st released and it made me a big fan of Bruce Willis whom I had tended to ignore up until then. I don’t like his gratuitous swearing in movies; I still don’t think he deserved credited with the grosses for Split; but I loved his warm comic turn in the friends TV sitcom; and because of his vibrant screen personality he is one of the few stars that I still like to watch in action movies– except when he’s pretending to be ‘Santa Claus’ !!! I have made several protests about the lack of love that he and Cameron Diaz receive in the Cogerson ranking charts – but hey! my opinions don’t count around here.

I have often confused Kathleen Quinlan with Kathryn Bigelow of Hurt Locker fame. Kathleen Quinlan has a reported net worth of $6 million and she has at post production stage a short comedy film – The Fixer Upper- which she co-directs and features as the top-billed star. Heck Myrna even directors who appear in movies can get top billing!!
