Body of Evidence and Dangerous Game, ah memories of Times Square grindhouses where I saw those 2 epics.I’ve even seen her first film on video, A Certain Sacrifice. This got a 0 star rating in the New York Daily News when it was released in a brave NYC cinema when she became a big recording star. I knew she had a lot of connections from Dick Tracy but she did a lot better than I thought with so few films to her name. Yes she has never ever been on the Oracle of Bacon top 1000. These are the the actors on the 2020 Oracle list Miss Ciccone has appeared with.

Hey Dan. Thanks for the information on Madonna. Wow….you saw Body of Evidence, Dangerous Game and A Certain Sacrifice in theaters. That is a true movie fan…seeing that trilogy. Hmmmm so A Certain Sacrifice played in at least one theater in NYC. I will probably give that the lowest amount possible in box office and get that movie added to the table.
I agree….that is a ton of Dick Tracy connections….I saw that movie when it first came out on VHS….I have not seen it since. Probably time for a re-visit. Not surprised she is not on the Oracle Top 1000. Although I was surprised she had so many movies. Most frequent Oracle co-star goes to Victor Argo. Not really aware of Victor…but being in four of her movies, represents a good percentage of her movies. As for the second list….16 Oscar winning co-stars is more than I would have thought. Good stuff as always.
While A Certain Sacrifice played 1 theater, I saw it on VHS before it was out in the theater. It came out on video first then played a theater, years late. Found it probably in an old RKO Video store in their discount bin..
I couldn’t pick Victor Argo out of a lineup if you paid me.
Mad Donna gets her place in the UMR Hall of Fame… or infamy?
21 movies? More than I expected. I’ve seen 6 of them.
Favorites are – Die Another Day and Dick Tracy. I’ve also seen – Body of Evidence, Truth or Dare, Arthur and the Invisibles and A League of Their Own.
Looking at the trivia – Stallone and Madonna were all time champ Razzie winners, whoa! 🙂
Good stuff Bruce. Vote Up!
Hey Steve…thanks for checking out our Material Girl page. Tally count: 16 for Cogerson. 6 for you. 5 for Flora. I was surprised by her movie total as well….I am even more surprised by the amount of movies I have seen with her. I have seen all of your favorites. With a perfect 6 for 6…6 seen…6 on your favorites list….I think you should watch more of her movies….lol. I think all of the Razzie wins caused her to stop making movies. Good stuff as always.
