Of the 24 categories…..we predicted the correct winner in 20 of the categories. Only missing the two documentary categories, an animated short category and the big prize of the night. My original ballot had The Shape of Water as the Best Picture Winner….but a late minute decision had me cross out the right answer and go with a wrong answer. Steve Lensman can back me up…as he got a copy of the ballot before the show started.

Oscar winners were well spread out. The Shape of Water lead the win with 4 wins. Dunkirk had 3 wins. 4 movies had 2 wins: Coco, BladeRunner2049, Darkest Hour and Three Billboards. 3 movies won one Oscar: I, Tonya, Phantom Thread and Call Me By Your Name.
