  1. I think this is going to come out weird looking. For some reason and to do something different I have filled in all the chart versions of the Oscar winners here with their year and their peak. This info comes from Joel Whitburn’s Pop Memories 1890-1954 and Top Pop Singles 1955-2015. The last few years came from the internet. A few songs in more modern times never charted. A number of the older songs had numerous versions that were hits out at the same time.
