I love all the work you have done on this page it is very interesting and educating! He’s above Bruce Willis and Angelina Jolie, and he has a lot of movies under his belt.
Thank you for the compliment Mindy, I have noticed it is real hard for the actors with lots of movies to maintain a high average score….so Will Smith with only 19 movies seems to have an advantage over people like Duvall 68 movies and Caine 66 movies…thanks for reading and commenting
The man is a living legend. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him do a bad performance. From “To Kill a Mockingbird” to “Get Low” the guy always turns in a class performance. Magnificent actor!
Hey Rob….I agree he has been a great actor for many years….so what do you think about his Top 5?….good ranking or do you think something else should make the Top 5…….all top 5 movies were nominated for Best Picture…I am now researching Jimmy Cagney…thanks for your suggestion about Duvall
I like the top 5. All 5 of them are classic films. Some of Duvall’s most memorable roles.
Rob…I am glad you like the Top 5..
I had no idea Robert Duvall had appeared in so many movies. To me, he is one of those fabulous talents who has never received the proper credit.
Hey Fay….he has been a very busy man…127 projects since 1962…comes to an average of almost 3 per year for almost 50 years…you should check out Get Low….it will probably be his last great role….as he is now 80 years old…thanks
My favorite Duvall movie is Days of Thunder, I know it is cheesy, but I like it. Great page.
Shaun….Days of Thunder has awesome sound….demo sound…thanks for commenting
