  1. Your top 5 is good, but his role in Network is the one that showed me he could do some serious acting, also Rain People with James Caan is a forgotten film, which by the way was directed by Francis Ford Coppola

    1. Thanks for the compliments hinton1966….I agree his role as the snake like television executive in Network is awesome

  2. I can not believe Duavall is that old, he does not have many movies left in him. I have not seen Get Low, but the preview looks pretty good.

    1. Thanks reading and commenting FCEtier….the difference between #1 and #2 is closest of all the pages I have done….. .22 points

  3. “I love the smell of napalm in the morning.”

One of the best. It’s good to see my three favourite Duvall films at the top of the movie score.

The adjusted box office is always fascinating to look at, MASH grossed over $400m? Wow. Bullitt $256m! Meanwhile Nic Cage’s new action film Drive Angry struggles to reach $20m.

    1. Steve….his top 3 are all great films….that keep getting better with age…..I like looking at the inflated numbers as well….to me it really shows you how successful a movie was….MASH was huge….I think lots of people are not even aware there was a MASH movie
