The following tables list the Top 100 Saturday Night Live Alumni Movies (statistically). When putting these movies together we had some rules. Movie had to star a Saturday Night Live Alumni. In other words it could not be a bit part, or a part so small that we did not even realize the alumni was even in the movie. Alumni that were stars before being on SNL were excluded (Robert Downey, Jr., Billy Crystal, Martin Short). Finally, alumni that we did not even know were on SNL were excluded (Ben Stiller).Did we forget a movie that should be in the Top 100? The UMR is slow as molasses today, here in Manchester anyway. I have superfast broadband and it still takes about 30 seconds for each page to slowly unfurl. 🙂
I’ve only seen clips from Saturday Night Live over the years but I do know many of the regulars went on to become movie stars.
I’ve seen 91 of the 100 films on the chart. Too many favorites to list.
Animation rules the box office charts. Watched them all and own most of them on blu-ray, he proudly admitted.
The highest rated film on there I haven’t seen is ‘Nebraska’ followed by Tommy Boy.
In fact Tommy Boy is rated higher than Best Picture Oscar Winner Driving Miss Daisy and Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. Was it that good?
