  1. let the comedic genius shine. 67 films with 90 or higher UMR ranking. i love it.
pleased to see tommy boy made it at number 100.
i am reminded of when robin williams contributed to the script of Aladdin . active minds make a movie better.
    laughter the best medicine.
    i love to laugh.

  2. Billy Crystal was a regular on Saturday Night Live in the 84/85 season so you could add When Harry Met Sally, City Slickers, The Princess Bride and Analyze This.

    1. Hey Dan….another rule we used was only including people that were unknown before SNL made them famous. That threw out people like Anthony Michael Hall, Robert Downey, Jr., Randy Quaid, Joan Cusack, Martin Short and Billy Crystal (which you mentioned). I actually do not think many people even remember Hall and Downey being a cast member….especially since that is considered one of the worst year in the long history of SNL. Good stuff as always.

      1. Before Saturday Night Live, Downey was in Weird Science but not much of anything else. No Ghostbusters remake with Kristine Wiig? It made 128 mil in the states on a cost of 144 mil. Saw them advertise the latest one today. Last time I saw that trailer was before Covid.

    1. Hey Dan. You are correct….statistically both of the Secret Life Of Pets should be in the Top 100. One of the rules I followed was not to include movies that were not starring roles or featured supporting roles. Carvey’s two voice roles seemed to fall into that category. Others that had voice roles in big movies….that I did not include…would be ones by Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig. I actually saw both Pets movies in theaters….and until doing our Dana Carvey page….I did not even remember Carvey was a part of those movies. So basically…I decided the list would be better with movies like Tommy Boy…which required me to include some rules. Good feedback as always.
