Why I watched this one? Our youngest child’s school had a special screening of this movie and she really wanted to go.

What is this one about? Based on the New York Times bestseller, WONDER tells the incredibly inspiring and heartwarming story of August Pullman, a boy with facial differences who enters fifth grade, attending a mainstream elementary school for the first time.

My thoughts on this one? An excellent family movie….actually take that back……an excellent movie. Movie tells a wonderful story and is supported by outstanding performances. Jacob Temblay as August is outstanding. One of the Top 10 child performances that I have ever seen. Kudos to him and his performance. Julia Roberts and Owen Wilson make a great screen couple. Director, Stephen Chbosky also gets stellar performances from the many other child actors. By the end of the movie you will really care about August, his family and his friends. Finally thought: This is a movie worth checking out.
